Could I travel to, say London for research, without asking UD to pay for my flight? So I plan to pay for the flight but use the research funds from UD for renting a flat etc.

Maybe the Submit Your Application box should be at the very end of the document instead of the top of the page….?

Dorothy, that would be great. Unfortunately, there are limitations in what we can control on the screen. However, things are always changing/improving and we will keep an eye out for that option if we can move the button.

Thanks for this info....did I hear you say that when uploading approval does a faculty member need approval from their Chair & Dean.

Just to double-check:1) So it's possible to be reimbursed if you weren't able to use your Pcard for some expense during the trip?2) If I travel for work-related purposes (e.g., to an academic conference) but will not request any reimbursement from UD (no cost to UD), I still need to submit an application for approval to attend?Thanks / Bill

Meghan, At the end of your demo, you mentioned somewhere online that we can see information about how to complete the travel form. Where online is that information?

Hi Dorothy - you are correct that it’s Options Travel. UDRI still uses Altour for their reservations, but the rest of the University should use Options Travel.
